Refunds & Return Policy 

Due to the nature of ad management services, refunds are not possible. Sparks Advertising does not require any long term committments, working with month to month contracts only. 7 day notice is preferred should you wish to discontinue services for the following month. Payment is collected at the beginning of your first month and the start of the second month.
